When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. After placing your order, it will be prepared the next business day and shipped the following day.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. After that, the delivery time depends on the destination. To see the list we deliver and the shipping time for each country, click this link.
During peak times, such as Black Friday and Christmas, orders may experience delays.
I made a mistake with the delivery address. What should I do?
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not obligated to reship or refund.
Changes in the shipping address can be made as long as the order has not been shipped. For any change in shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible to update the address.
How can l track my shipment?
You will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your order as soon as your order is shipped.
Return & Exchange
In which case can l make a return or exchange?
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it.
To be able to make an exchange or a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The products to be returned must be within 14 days from the date of order delivery of the order.
- The products to be returned must be in perfect condition and must not have been used.
- The products must not be final sale items.
In the event that the returned product is not in perfect condition, OutsiderArtist reserves the right to make a partial refund of the amount of the product.

How can I make a return or exchange?
To request the processing of a return or exchange, please contact our customer service via email support@outsiderartist.us.
Once we receive and approve your request, you will receive an email with all the steps to follow.
What are the costs for a return or exchange?
If you wish to return or exchange a product due to personal preference or a size change, you will be responsible for the return or exchange shipping costs.
If the return or exchange is due to a fault in the product, you must contact us on the same day you receive the package at support@outsiderartist.us. Our customer service team will evaluate your case and provide a suitable solution if applicable.
How and when will I receive my return or exchange?
Once we receive and check the condition of the returned products, if they are in perfect condition:
A refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your order. You can expect to receive it within 1 to 3 business days.
For exchanges, the replacement products will be shipped on the next business day.
