Caring for Your Jewelry

Our jewelry is crafted from 925 recycled sterling silver and 18k gold vermeil—materials chosen for their beauty, integrity, and longevity. Like all meaningful things, they deserve thoughtful care. Orders

Is my order processed if I didn’t receive a confirmation email?
If your payment was successful but you haven’t received a confirmation email, don't worry, your order has been processed correctly.
To find the email, please check your spam folder and make sure that your email address was entered correctly. If you still can’t find it, contact us at support@outsiderartist.us for assistance.
Can I make changes to the items in my order?
You can modify items as long as your order hasn’t been shipped. To request changes, email us at support@outsiderartist.us.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, there is no problem to cancel your order and we will refund the full amount.
lf your order is already on its way, it cannot be cancelled, you will have to process a return. Please click here to see the policy of return and exchanges.

Guarantee

Do you offer a guarantee on your jewelry?
Every Outsider Artist piece comes with a 1-year guarantee. If it breaks due to a craftsmanship or material defect within one year of purchase, we’ll replace it free of charge. Please note: We’re unable to replace pieces damaged by force, pulling, or improper use.

Shipping

How long will the order be delivered?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. After placing your order, it will be prepared the next business day and shipped the following day. The delivery time depends on the destination.
